WHY FUTUREBRIEFING

Breaking down the biggest questions in AI, beyond the hype.

AI is moving fast. The research is dense, the coverage is noisy, and most people are trying to make sense of it between everything else they have going on.

FutureBriefing exists to change that. Not by dumbing things down, but by meeting people where they already are and giving them something real: the actual research, explained clearly, with the context to understand why it matters.

I came to this as a journalist. My job was always to take complex, consequential stories and make them legible to people who had every right to know what was happening. When AI became one of those stories, I noticed that the people most affected by it were not reading arXiv. They were on TikTok. They were scrolling Instagram. So that is where I went.

FutureBriefing started as short videos: sixty seconds on a paper, a finding, a question worth sitting with. This hub is the layer underneath. Every video connects to the paper behind it. Every paper comes with a plain-English summary and a path to go further. And where understanding can become action, there is a way to do that too.

Because this is not a niche conversation anymore. The decisions being made about AI will shape how we work, how we govern, and what kind of future we build. Those decisions should involve more than just the people making them.
